Early Childhood Teacher - Woodcroft (Cobblestone)

Young Academics Early Learning Centre is a leading and rapidly expanding provider with more than 45 centres across New South Wales. We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our vibrant Woodcroft (Cobblestone) Service.

About The Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences and environments that reflect best practice and are aligned with our service philosophy. You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.

This position is a full-time role - Monday to Friday between 6 : 30 am - 6 pm (rotating roster).

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
Support educators through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practice.
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the team.
Follow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluations
Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the well-being of children, staff, and stakeholders
Ensure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement Plan.
Use your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service’s professional identity.

About You

Bachelor’s in Early Childhood and Care or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved childcare qualification.

Demonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality Framework

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate

Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid)
