We are now seeking a motivated Property Manager to support our growing Property Management department.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. Working closely with our Senior Property Manager you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating maintenance, inspections and routine property tasks
• Liaise with tenants and landlords with a friendly and solutions-focused approach
• Support leasing activities including enquiries, home opens and applications
• Prepare documents, lease agreements and compliance paperwork
• Manage inboxes, phone calls and general administrative duties
• Update PropertyMe tasks and ensure accurate record keeping
• Provide general support to the broader PM team

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism and a genuine interest in property.
Ideal candidates will have:

• 1 Year Experience required
  Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and efficiently
• Previous real estate or admin experience (advantageous but not essential)
• Current Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
