About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Auditor – Safeguarding & Assurance, you will play a vital role in strengthening service quality, safeguarding client wellbeing, and supporting continuous improvement across Sunnyfield. You’ll work closely with frontline leaders and teams to build capability, verify compliance, and champion best practice. This is a role where your analytical mindset, relationship-building skills, and commitment to client safety will directly contribute to better outcomes for people with disability.

Key Responsibilities will include :

• Driving quality with purpose : Conduct internal quality and compliance audits across all Sunnyfield services—both onsite and via desktop review. Develop audit tools, prepare audit reports, and support services to implement corrective actions that lead to sustainable improvement.
• Safeguarding client experience : Triage complaints, feedback and compliments, ensuring timely allocation, transparent decision-making, and a strong client voice in all processes.
• Collaboration that strengthens practice : Build strong working relationships across Shared Living, Community, Employment Services and Support Office teams to support a unified Sunnyfield approach.
• Continuous improvement in action : Contribute to the development and enhancement of Sunnyfield’s Quality Management System, including system testing, training, and policy review.
• Coaching for capability : Provide on-the-job coaching and training to operational leaders and new starters on audit processes, complaints management, and quality standards.
• Supporting safe workplaces : Promote safe work practices, uphold Sunnyfield’s Code of Conduct, and contribute to synergies between WHS and Quality activities.
