Salary Range : $110k-$150k ex super (heavily dependant on experience)

Role Description
The Implementation Consultant plays a vital role in translating customer requirements into tailored platform configurations. Acting as a key customer liaison, this role combines business analysis, solution configuration, and stakeholder communication to deliver robust, scalable insurance product implementations.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and interpret customer requirements into actionable platform configurations
- Design insurance product models, workflows, document templates, and business logic
- Configure user interfaces and user journeys using platform tools
- Implement business rules and financial calculations via internal scripting language
- Conduct system and integration testing, and support client testing phases
- Prepare and manage client-facing documentation and testing artifacts
- Lead project communications, updates, and stakeholder coordination
- Monitor and report on scope, risk, and change management items
- Liaise with development for platform improvements and feature scoping
- Mentor peers and contribute to team-wide best practices
