Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Occupational Therapy team. This role combines clinical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and service development to create exceptional outcomes for our clients and a supportive environment for our clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to your discipline’s team.
- Oversee high-quality, evidence-based clinical services in line with NDIS requirements.
- Support recruitment, induction, and professional development of team members.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to grow services and maintain quality standards.
- Manage clinical caseloads and assist with complex cases.
- Drive a positive workplace culture that aligns with our values of connection, innovation, and experience.
Qualifications
Degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent AHPRA registration (OT)Minimum five (5) years’ clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred practice.Commitment to culturally safe and trauma-informed care.Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsBenefits
