This brand new position is part of the Strategic Leadership and Talent team that is passionate about building the leadership capability of all staff and developing talent across the sector. They are designing and rolling out exciting initiatives at the forefront of contemporary thinking. Ultimately, their work is all about having the very best people working in and leading the sector because that means even better services for communities.

The busy team now needs someone who loves creating order out of complex situations, planning with an eye on prioritisation and results, communicating with others and managing multiple moving pieces.

You don’t need to be a leadership and talent guru or even have experience in this area but we do want someone who has a passion for learning and development.

You’ll arrange venues for professional learning, support training facilitators, be across the latest in leadership development and talent, help analyse and interpret information, demonstrate the highest standards of honesty and integrity, come to work with a smile and add value to our vibrant team.
