- Rostering Coordinator
- plays a key role in the operation of RDNS Your Choice HomeCare and will provide service coordination ensuring that client schedules are met on an ongoing basis by coordinating care information and staff; and updating the client management systems.
You will have a wide knowledge of community resources and be sensitive to multicultural / diversity issues ensuring clients receive high quality, seamless and cost-effective care and services. You will work within a team environment, will be directed by protocols and work closely with other organisations in a flexible and collaborative manner to ensure positive objectives are achieved for clients.
You will be required to partake in an on-call after hours roster.
This is a permanent full time role. 38hrs per week - Monday to Friday.

Rostering experience would be an advantage.
Selection criteriaSix months minimum experience in a similar rostering / scheduling role.Excellent communication written and verbal skillsExcellent computer skills with demonstrated experience in MS Office - Excel, Word etc, and client management systemsFocus on providing high quality customer serviceDemonstrated ability in developing and maintaining strong working relationshipsHighly developed organisational skillsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyContribute to a positive and enthusiastic working environmentEssential ConditionsFederal Police ClearanceAnnual Influenza vaccinationSix months minimum experience in a similar rostering / scheduling role.Please submit your resume and cover letter addressing the selection criteria.
