    Job Description

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
    • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations on candidate selection and offer negotiation.
    • Maintain and update recruitment systems and candidate databases.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
    • Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights to improve hiring strategies.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have :

    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the business services industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
    • Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in Human Resources.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
