The Role
This is a hands-on Manager position suited to someone with approximately 5–8 years’ experience leading and mentoring a team.
You’ll play a key role in:

• Managing and developing a team of accountants
• Building strong, face-to-face client relationships
• Reviewing work and providing technical guidance
• Contributing to the firm’s continued growth and culture

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in mentoring others will be essential.
