Our team are revolutionising our Customer Service experience and we're looking for an ambitious and creative individual to join our Sydney team!

AtRevU Online, we’ve built an innovative review management platform that empowers businesses by allowing them to monitor, strengthen and leverage their customer feedback. Our software helps clients boost online visibility, attract more customers, and drive sustainable growth. We’re passionate about helping our clients build strong, lasting reputations online.

The Role :

As part of our customer success team, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of RevU Online. You’ll help customers get the most out of our platform by sharing product knowledge, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional service that drives satisfaction, loyalty and long‑term success for our clients while supporting the company’s overall growth.

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver top‑notch customer service that ensures customer satisfaction and retention
  • Guide customers through our platform, offering training and ongoing support
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and challenges
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, including upselling and cross‑selling relevant features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service (essential)
  • A professional demeanour with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Canva and a keen eye for creating visually appealing designs
  • Flexibility to travel within Sydney (Drivers Licence and Car a bonus!)
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude with excellent multitasking abilities
