About the Role

Hastings Deering is on the hunt for an Asset Life Cycle Analyst to join our award-winning team in our Brisbane head office in Archerfield. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

As an Asset Life Cycle Analyst you will :

  • Maintenance of current machine Life Cycle Costing data
  • Assist in the development of MARC / FMRA and / or CVA cost models with a construction industry focus.
  • Feed life cycle cost data into Asset Management processes to assist in providing customer advice on areas to reduce their TCO and / or to assist in improving machine productivity
  • Perform reviews of contract terms and conditions, machine operating conditions and maintenance requirements for all contract proposals
  • Conduct financial reporting (Margin Evaluation) and ensure it is completed at the required times and following the established reporting and analysis standards
  • Perform equipment forecasting process and ensure Company business rules and system governance processes are complied with
  • Ensure system use is audited and recommendations for improvement made to each operating department.

  • About You

    A successful teammate will have experience in :

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Engineering OR a Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical Trade (Diesel Fitting)
  • Demonstrated experience in contract development, pricing and presentations is desirable
  • Caterpillar Construction Industry Machine knowledge and experience is desirable
  • Strong customer service skills
