Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and logistics operations, liaising with internal teams, customers, and third-party logistics providers. Your duties will include handling communication, booking and tracking freight, and providing administrative support to ensure seamless warehouse operations. This role is based in Mount Waverley but will relocate to the new warehouse in Tullamarine around August / September this year. Responsibilities include :

  • Handle email communication between internal departments, customers, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Book and track freight shipments, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Support warehouse operations with documentation, data entry, and administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with freight companies and couriers to resolve delays, issues, or special delivery requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in warehouse management systems.
  • Assist with inventory checks, inbound / outbound paperwork, and general support as required.

Your Profile

We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin and logistics. You’ll bring a professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate clearly and solve problems on the fly. To be successful, you’ll have :

  • Proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar logistics support role.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with professional email correspondence.
  • Experience booking and tracking freight shipments (domestic and / or international).
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and documentation processes.
  • A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in where needed.
