About the role :

Due to growth at out Box Hill site, we are currently looking to add passionate Personal Care Workers on a Permanent basisto our dedicated care team.

We currently have the following fortnightly shift patterns available :

07 : 00am to 13 : 30pm :

07 : 00am to 15 : 00pm :

At Uniting AgeWell, Personal Care Workers co-ordinate personal care for residents in accordance with care plans which meet their individual needs and preferences. Working within a multidisciplinary team, provide effective clinical and emotional support to residents, recognise changes in residents’ conditions and escalate observations and concerns.
