POSITION OVERVIEW :
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in crafting CSM Group’s financial management strategy and contributes to shaping the organization’s overarching strategic objectives. This key role oversees the accounting and finance department, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks and the timely, accurate completion of work. Collaborating closely with operational departments, the CFO evaluates overhead and margin metrics and collaborates with accounting professionals on budgeting, profitability analysis, and forecasting models. Adept in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and proficient in managing key performance indicators (KPIs), this leader actively participates in decision-making and provides strategic direction for both the department and the broader company. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the CFO holds a crucial position in driving financial excellence and organizational success.

This full-time position provides the opportunity to join an extraordinary work environment characterized by teamwork and mutual respect. With a competitive salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000 (DOE) and eligibility for an annual bonus, this role also includes access to a comprehensive benefits package.
