This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join Ridley AgriProducts based in Terang. If you have hands-on experience performing maintenance activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment, then we are interested in hearing from you.

  • The Role

    Working closely with the site Maintenance team, the successful applicant will have experience working on a variety of manufacturing and bulk handling equipment, safety management practices, and the ability to carry out both time-critical breakdown repairs whilst ensuring scheduled maintenance work is carried out. Experience with computer-based maintenance programs will be well regarded. Leadership from the front is essential to ensure workloads are handled in a timely manner. Provide motivation within the workshop and support for completion of tasks. This role will grow to ensure continuity when the Maintenance Manager is not on site.

    You will have

  • Knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies and Legislation
  • Experience working with planned preventative maintenance programs
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Industry experience working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
