Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter / Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Providing exceptional customer service to all trades and retail customers who enter the store
• Handling customer enquiries, inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently
• Providing accurate pricing, availability and compatibility information to customers
• Processing sales transactions and invoices accurately
• Recommending and locating automotive parts
• Occasional delivery runs to customers
• Accurately picking and putting stock away
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring their needs are met
