Talent Acquisition Partner – APAC

Global FinTech | Sydney CBD | Hybrid (3 days in office) | 12-month initial contract

Want to shape hiring across APAC in a high-impact, people-first business?

We’re partnering with a long-standing Global FinTech client of over 12 years – a global leader in marketing automation and financial software – as they continue to scale.

They’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Analytics, Finance and HR. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and build high-performing, inclusive teams across the region.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Coach and support hiring managers throughout the process
  • Manage offers and secure top talent
  • Ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
  • Lead and support recruitment projects across the business
  • Promote inclusive hiring and contribute to team development

    • What we’re looking for :

  • 3–5 years of in-house recruitment experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
  • Full recruitment lifecycle experience with a focus on GTM hires
  • Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships
  • Comfortable juggling multiple roles and collaborating across departments
  • Experience helping design and implement scalable hiring strategies in fast-growing environments
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident owning projects

    The Details :

  • Location : Sydney (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
  • Type : 12-month initial contract | 38 hours per week
  • Rate : $538.68 + Super (equivalent to $140,000 + Super)
  • Perks : Paid Public Holidays, Recharge Days, and a week off over Christmas & New Year
