AML Supervisor

As AML Supervisor, you’ll oversee AML operations to ensure compliance with AML / CTF obligations, including managing operational volumes and regulatory reporting such as SMR submissions. Reporting to the Manager AML / KYC – Financial Intelligence, you’ll lead transaction monitoring, customer screening, enhanced due diligence and customer outreach processes. You’ll play a key role in fostering a culture of AML / CTF compliance, driving process improvements and coaching the team to enhance performance.
