The Operations Manager will oversee the company’s core site, with a view to safely and efficiently achieving a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence within the budget. Provide expertise, industry best practices and leadership to the operations supervisors and team leaders to find efficiencies and develop and implement the long and short-term plans and policies of the group to ensure best customer outcomes. Applicants must have many years experience in the corrugated packaging sector.
