We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. As a Quality Assurance Engineer at swipejobs, you will work closely with the executive team, engineering team, and other key stakeholder to ensure the quality of our mobile and web applications through manual testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans
• Conduct various types of manual testing such as functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain test documentation such as test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Manage defects and issues, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools
• Provide input on product design and usability to ensure a seamless user experience

Experience

• Experience in manual testing, including test planning, test case design, and test execution
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
