Retail Sales Manager (AK7861)

My client is currently looking for a Retail Sales Manager to lead the team at the Capalaba store. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in and a passion for the 4wd industry, and a proven history of managing people.

This role would suit a candidate with a proven track record of leading teams to increase sales, surpass their KPI’s and present strong customer service to all clients into the business.

To be considered for the role, you must have :

• Previous experience in a similar role
• The ability to work under pressure
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Be computer literate
• A current drivers licence
• Knowledge of the 4wd industry
• Full Australian working rights
