Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Event Graphic Designer / Interior Designer to join our Melbourne team. This role involves designing and executing visual elements across events and activations, including graphics, branding, signage and interior layouts. You will work closely with the creative and production teams to develop concepts, refine ideas and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple projects.
Top Experience Required
- A strong and well-developed design aesthetic
- Proven professional work experience of at least 3 years
- Formal training or professional experience in Graphic Design or Interior Design, ideally both
- Ability to translate creative concepts into visually compelling and functional designs
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop event design and conceptualisation, branding assets, signage, and spatial layoutsCreate clear, accurate, and visually engaging 3D representations of event and spatial conceptsProduce design documentation for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with team members to meet creative, technical, and production requirementsManage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environmentSkills and Experience
Strong 3D rendering capability is essential, with the ability to visualise event spaces and concepts accurately and creativelyHigh-level experience using CAD and SketchUpStrong proficiency in graphic design and visual communicationAdvanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience in logo design, branding and typographyStrong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a hands‑on, on‑site environmentQualifications
