Full Stack Developer

Treasury has a multi-year, business improvement Dynamics 365 project that commenced on 1 July. We are looking for full stack developers to join our professional team in the Major IT Projects Branch.

The developers role will include supporting the solution architect to migrate an on-premises case management system to modern cloud infrastructure and enhancing that system post-migration. It will also include redevelopment of the existing portal web application and uplifting of the current reporting capabilities to enable Treasury business activities.

The successful applicants will provide subject matter expertise in :

• Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CRM and knowledge of Dynamics CRM on-premises
• .NET application development including ASP.NET web application portal development and integration patterns such as Azure Functions and Power Automate
• Collaboration with internal support teams and vendors to deliver outcomes
• Documentation of IT systems, including as-built and operational support documentation
• Azure DevOps and pipeline automation

The role will be hands-on, across the entire software development lifecycle from requirements analysis and design through to testing and release. A friendly and outgoing nature will help engage the project team to get the most from their solutions, and critical thinking skills and excellent documentation skills will assist in delivering reliable, robust and innovative digital solutions. The work will be dynamic, varied and flexible, and the successful applicants will play a strong part in steering the direction of work and the work of the team.

Every application requires to address selection criteria as part of application submission.

1. Minimum of 5 years experience with the development, implementation, and support of D365 / CRM or .Net based business applications including developing : Systems using .NET 6 and .NET Framework ASP.NET web application portals (MVC and / or Razor pages) .NET web API development

2. Demonstrated experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-ins and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors

3. Building apps using Azure infrastructure including Functions, App Services and APIM

4. Experience setting up CI / CD using Azure DevOps

5. High level communication skills, demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels with colleagues and clients

6. At least a baseline security clearance

1. Experience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and Waterfall

2. A good understanding of Azure DevOps / Azure cloud products and services

3. Experience in delivering complex systems while working in a small multi-disciplinary team
