Community Ambassador

About the role

We're seeking a Community Ambassador to deliver exceptional concierge‑style experiences onsite for our multinational alcoholic beverage client. As the vital first impression and go‑to problem‑sourcer, you’ll master everything from access control and meeting room coordination to mail management and event support. Transform everyday workplace interactions into memorable experiences through face‑to‑face service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees while building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
• Conduct building orientations for new starters and provide remote support to regional offices
• Manage meeting room bookings and set‑ups
• Provide comprehensive reception services including visitor management and correspondence handling
• Oversee daily mail operations, package management and office inventory
• Coordinate vendor relationships, work orders and service provider for maintenance, cleaning and office operations
• Act as key liaison for all catering and event related queries
• Support HR processes for onboarding, assist with fleet management, off‑site storage and mobile phone administrations
• Ensure office safety
