Job descriptionProvide onsite support and facilitate incident investigations and risk assessments Partner with operational leaders to pro-actively manage health and safety risks Deliver the annual H&S plan and support safety maturity initiatives Roll out H&S training, coaching, and fundamental initiatives Coordinate site-based health and wellbeing initiatives Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Relevant health and safety qualification or extensive experience in a similar role Highly regarded but not essential experience with incident investigations and risk assessment Minimum certificate IV in health and Safety or relevant field Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities Strong influencing and engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems Excellent communication and analytical skills C Class Manual Drivers Licence Access to major discounts across leading retailers through our partnership with Flare.
