We’re looking for a Creative Engineer to build the frameworks, workflows, and AI‑powered systems that turn bold ideas into consistently high‑performing creative.
Join our innovative Marketing Operations team and lead the next evolution of how we ideate, produce, analyse, and optimise creative across all channels.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Translate brand strategy, audience insight, and performance data into scalable creative systems, including messaging frameworks, experimentation programs, and AI‑ready brand guardrails.
- Lead creative direction across campaigns, ensuring concepts align with brand integrity, performance objectives, and commercial outcomes.
- Design and operationalise creative workflows, testing methodologies, and AI‑assisted production systems to drive speed, quality, and consistency.
- Develop experimentation frameworks, optimisation strategies, and creative structures.
- Champion human‑centric creativity, ensuring empathy, craft, and authenticity remain embedded within scaled and automated systems.
What Are We Looking For
A hybrid creative and technical thinker with the ability to design scalable, performance‑led creative systems.Strong ability to translate brand strategy, audience insight, and performance goals into clear creative direction and messaging foundations.Deep understanding of creative production workflows, digital channels, and performance marketing.Hands‑on experience using AI tools, prompts, automation, and emerging technologies to scale content and experimentation.Proven ability to operationalise successful experiments into playbooks and enterprise‑ready standards.Strong perspective on AI’s impact on authenticity, trust, and creative distinctiveness, with experience implementing effective guardrails.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.Strong project management and prioritisation capabilities with a systems‑oriented mindset.Experience in marketing operations, creative technology, performance marketing, or scaled content environments.Desired
Tertiary qualifications in either a marketing or a business‑related field.
