As Head Builder / Site Lead, you'll oversee the execution of high-end builds, manage teams of carpenters and joiners, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

You'll be the go-to person on-site, driving quality, efficiency, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate on-site teams to deliver premium bespoke builds

Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard

Mentor and support team members, fostering skills development

Manage site logistics, materials, and safety compliance

Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to bring concepts to life

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Builder, Head Carpenter, or Site Lead on high-end projects

Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

NSW White Card and relevant trade certifications

Technical Skills

Expertise in carpentry, joinery, and bespoke build techniques

Ability to read plans, manage timelines, and oversee multiple trades on-site

Strong understanding of safety standards and compliance procedures
