By addressing technology, process, data, and employee experience, you'll have the scope to influence the ways of working for over 12,000 employees globally.- Responsibilities : - Change Leadership : Lead the change management approach across key workstreams in a large global transformation program impacting people, process, and technology.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with program and business stakeholders, developing and executing change management plans tailored to regional needs.
Alignment and Integration : Support alignment efforts across workstreams, functions, regions, and broader programs for delivering meaningful and integrated change to leaders and employees.
Strategic Contribution : Collaborate within the Integrated Change Workstream to provide input from a change management perspective on the strategic direction of the initiative.
Material Preparation : Manage the preparation of communication, learning, and engagement materials as required.
Stakeholder Onboarding : Engage and onboard key stakeholders across divisions and group functions to support the execution and adoption of change initiatives.- Requirements : - Demonstrated experience in change management across People, Process, and Technology changes.
Proven experience in supporting the creation and adoption of Talent Management frameworks in a federated global environment.
Highly valued experience in rolling out internal talent marketplaces with associated career and learning opportunities.
History of partnering with Enterprise Communications, Learning, Content teams, and external vendors.
Advantageous experience in managing work using agile principles and practices.
Keen judgment and decision-making with respect to projects, people, and business outcomes.
Success in partnering with leaders and stakeholders to complete and implement sponsor roadmaps, manage resistance, drive communications and engagement, coach and prepare training plans and schedules.
Strong analytical capability for change impact assessments, training needs analyses, and stakeholder analyses.
Excellent communication skills working with a range of audiences to create a shared vision - including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
Extensive experience in stakeholder management and influencing, managing within all levels of an organisation.
High attention to detail and an ability to drive outcomes and teams to agreed deadlines.
Advanced risk and issue management experience and the ability to proactively communicate concerns to stakeholders.
Track record in managing the transition to integrated learning platforms, such as Workday Learning, and migrating existing content to enhance organisational capability.
Extensive experience in the development and execution of talent management frameworks, particularly in cultivating leadership skills across the organisation, and deploying enterprise-wide learning systems like Workday Learning to support continuous professional growth and development.- Benefits : - Great day rate contract
