We're looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of our inventory operations.
About the Role : As our Inventory Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate inventory management, streamlining processes, and maintaining a smooth flow of operations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate with various teams to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement and manage inventory tracking systems and WMS.
- Analyse inventory data to identify trends and optimise stock levels.
- Resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For :
- Previous experience in inventory management within a 3PL, warehousing, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of WMS and inventory tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehousing and logistics.
