Position overview / responsibilities :
- Deliver quality of care in consultation with the Nursing Team, Clinic Manager and Medical Director.
- To assist in the operation of clinical functions and services provided by Fertility First.
- Maintain clear lines of communication between Nursing, Laboratory, Medical and Administration staff.
- Ability to work as a team member and communicate with staff at all levels.
- Commitment and understanding of Continuous Quality Improvement principles and Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations
- Act in accordance with the Employee Privacy and Confidentiality Statement
- Commitment to Fertility First Mission Statement
- To be responsible for actioning best practice for Fertility First.
- Co-ordinate, monitor and evaluate Quality Improvement programs within their designated clinical area and within own scope of practice.
Qualifications : Essential :
Current registration the NMBA and AHPRAMaster of Science in NursingMore than 5 years’ experience as nurse educatorExtensive experience in Clinic ManagementVenepuncture accreditation and recent experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExtensive Computer knowledgePlease send your CV to Janine Law, clinic manager [email protected]
