Right now, we’re looking for experienced meat processors with strong knife skills, to prepare our meat products, to help make top quality baked goods for our customers.
What you’ll do
Prepare, cut, dice and mince meats to recipe specs (no beef carcass breaking)
Maintain sharp knives and safe knife-handling practices
Follow quality control and meat-processing standards; complete basic records
Work clean : food safety, hygiene and WHS compliance at all times
Collaborate with the production team to meet schedules and minimise waste
Handle manual tasks safely (lifting, staging, sanitising, end-of-shift clean-down)
About you
Available Monday–Friday from 5 : 00 am
Experience in meat preparation, cutting, dicing and mincing
Strong knife-sharpening skills
Solid understanding of QC and meat processing standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable to meet the demands of the job
Safety-first mindset with WHS compliance
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Cert II or III in Meat Processing (advantageous, not essential)
