The award-winning RAA Insurance team has a fabulous opportunity for you to join our busy, member focused, fun, friendly and supportive Motor Claims Team! Join a leading insurance provider committed to delivering exceptional member services and making a positive impact in the South Australian community. As we expand our Motor Claims team, we are seeking resilient, dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Service Officers to play a crucial role in providing outstanding support to our members lodging and managing new claims.

We have multiple Full-Time roles available with business hours being 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday . Rostered shift start times will vary between 8.00am and 9.30 am, with a 30-minute lunch break, and finish times from 4pm to 5.30pm.

Alternatively, we have Part-Time roles with required days of work being Monday and Tuesday at a minimum, and Fridays.
