Base pay range

A$70,000.00 / yr - A$80,000.00 / yr

Customer Service Coordinator - $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation

The Company

Our client is a prominent Australian provider specialising in sustainable energy solutions. With a legacy dating back to the 1930s, it has established itself as a market leader in waste management, and energy solutions. The company manufactures, delivers, and installs a range of innovative products tailored for residential, commercial, and rural clients across Australia.

Key Responsibilities :

Working as part of a small team and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries
Effectively schedule and prioritise tasks for key stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Deliver comprehensive product details and accurate quotations to both prospective and current clients.
Assist both new and returning customers by providing thorough product information and tailored quotes
Handle customer job requests, sales orders, and quotes, ensuring precise and efficient data entry.
Develop meaningful business relationships with customers by being attentive, supportive, and personable.

The Candidate :

The successful applicant will have customer service experience, and display the following attributes :

Proven experience in Customer Service or a similar role.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with SAP or Oracle will be a distinct advantage.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
