Your New Role As our Content Designer – UX Writing and SEO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, human-centered digital experiences across web, mobile and email platforms.
You will lead UX writing - crafting clear, purposeful content that helps users navigate and engage - while also embedding practical SEO thinking into how content is structured and optimised for discovery.
This role blends UX writing, content design and SEO thinking to deliver experiences that are both user-centered and discoverable.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver experiences that are intuitive, accessible and aligned with user needs - while helping content perform in search so people find the information they need, when they need it.
Key Responsibilities UX Writing Content Design - Craft clear, engaging, and user-centered content across web, app, email and onboarding flows - Lead UX writing across key customer journeys - from conversion journeys to help content and microcopy - Collaborate with designers, product and technology teams to integrate content seamlessly into digital interfaces - Contribute to content patterns, guidelines and design language that scale - Use research, analytics, A / B testing and user insights to inform content decisions and improvements SEO Discoverability - Embed SEO best practices into UX content and page structure - Use keyword and intent insights to influence content hierarchy and language choices - Optimise metadata, headings, internal linking and structure for discoverability and search performance - Partner with SEO and digital teams to shape content priorities and performance measurement - Report on performance (traffic, ranking, engagement, conversions) and make data-informed improvements Content Architecture Findability - Design scalable content structures that support usability and search success - Ensure content supports logical journeys and aligns with tagging, categorisation and indexing strategies - Contribute to a content system that promotes consistency and reuse across platforms What We're Looking For We're seeking a digitally-minded, collaborative content professional who thrives at the intersection of UX writing and SEO.
