Belle Monde is an emerging Australian beauty brand where self-expression meets self-care. We create cruelty-free, aromatherapeutic cosmetics designed to soothe the mind and elevate the everyday beauty routine. Our mission is to build an inclusive brand that inspires creativity and supports mental wellbeing through effortless, feel-good beauty.

Founded by a young female entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for beauty, Belle Monde is a growing, hands-on business built on authenticity and vision. You'll be working directly with our Founder & CEO, as well as our Managing Director (her mother), to bring the brand's creative ideas to life — with a strong emphasis on collaboration, trust, and innovation.

• About the Role

We're looking for a Brisbane-based Social Media Content Creator to join Belle Monde on a casual or contracted basis, with potential to grow.

The role will involve creating daily content for TikTok and Instagram — from videos and reels to stories and posts — and helping us build a content calendar that brings the brand to life. You'll be involved in content planning, creative direction, and attending shoot days and events, working closely with both the founder and managing director as we develop Belle Monde's visual voice.

While specific deliverables are still being finalised, we're looking for someone who can bring consistency, creativity, and fresh energy to our social presence.

• Who We're Looking For

You're a creative thinker who lives and breathes content. You love beauty, know what's trending on TikTok and Instagram, and have a strong sense of aesthetic and tone. You're Brisbane-based, excited to be part of a brand's early growth, and available to attend shoot days, events, and occasional meetings.

No formal experience is required — we care most about your eye for detail, originality, and your ability to tell a visual story.
