What You'll Do

Reporting to the Region Category Manager, you will provide the highest level of category support to the Northeast Regional merchandise team with a focus on analysis, pricing, forecasting, and reporting. In addition, you will perform a range of key functions including :

• You coordinate distribution centre fulfillment for animal health, animal management, fencing, general merchandise and water categories.
• Coordinating inventory management, including inventory exchange programs, excess stock movement across the branch / store network.
• Perform inventory analysis and reporting.
• Develop and coordinate regional merchandise forecasts for allocated categories.
• Complete sales and financial reporting.
• Field enquires from internal customers and negotiate with suppliers to achieve a positive outcome for all parties.
• Conducting reviews of suppliers (quality, delivery, price, service) and provide an assessment across relevant categories.
• Continually look for ways to improve the merchandise and category plans.

What You'll Bring
