• Ensure the safe navigation and operation of the vessel
• Manage and lead the crew effectively
• Oversee cargo operations and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Maintain ship's documentation and records
• Requirements
• Valid Master's Certificate of Competency
• Proven seafaring experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of maritime safety regulations
• AHTS and PSV experience with valid unlimited DP
