Remuneration : $58,460.86 per annum, plus allowances and 12% superannuation

Your responsibilities will include :

  • coordinating day-to-day operational tasks within Patient Support Services, including patient transfers, department checks and cleaning
  • preparing rosters and providing job-related training and guidance to staff
  • keeping our environment sparkling clean and hygienic
  • adhering strictly to infection control procedures.

    Eligibility Requirements

  • Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
  • Candidates must have Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to Australian citizens and permanent residents, while temporary and casual roles welcome applicants with a visa.
  • This is a NSW Health Category A position which requires immunisation and Tuberculosis (TB) screening. Refer to NSW Health OASV Policy (Page 12) for a complete list of required vaccines. During application, please upload OASV Undertaking / Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool with any vaccination evidence you have.
  • If you are identified as a preferred candidate and are external to HealthShare NSW, you will be required to complete a physical pre-employment health assessment (at no cost to you) to confirm your ability to safely perform the duties of the role. Employment is subject to successful completion of all pre-employment checks.

  • Essential Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with a customer focus approach.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy skills in the use of electronic devices and applications to record information with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn basic knowledge of food safety and work health and safety principles, any previous experience would be highly regarded.
