Who we are

We are a growing and progressive traffic management services business located in the eastern fringe of the Adelaide CBD. The growth of the business has brought about the opportunity for a passionate and dedicated person to join our accounts and finance team.

About the Role

Reporting to the finance manager this diverse and hands‑on position will suit someone who enjoys a variety of roles within the accounts area. We are looking for a motivated person keen to learn.

Your responsibilities will include

• Process Payroll, Run Weekly Payroll for approx. 85‑95 staff
• Cross checking daily job dockets and other pre payroll functions
• Accurate and timely processing invoices on a daily basis
• Assisting with Accounts Receivables Ledger
• Assisting with Accounts Payable Ledger
• Reconciling Xero transactions
• Communication with Operations Staff in relation to documentation
• General administrative functions as needed
• Communicating with clients as required

Although not fully experienced in a large payroll, the applicant will have had some experience in this function. The main function initially will be processing invoices and other administrative functions.

What is required

We are looking for a person who has had previous experience in a similar role and will take initiative to take on tasks and assist others when needed or when they have completed their own daily responsibilities.

This role requires a person who has strong attention to detail.
