About the role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.

The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.

This is a Part-time position and will require you to work shifts 8am-5pm within a monthly roster. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 6.30am and 7pm.

  • Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met
  • Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Be involved in ongoing training and on the job learning
