About You :

  • Proficient in consumer lending and related financial products (e.g., mortgage loans, property management, construction preferred)
  • Accredited member status (FBAA / MFAA), AMLA compliance certificate, ASIC rep number, and clear credit history
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, service ethic, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office, client, and product software systems
  • Availability to work weekends

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

  • Ensure clients' expectations are surpassed.
  • Develop customised financial strategies aligned with clients' unique circumstances and objectives.
  • Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand goals and constraints.
  • Attend Masterclass events and conduct client interviews.
  • Manage the client experience from application to settlement.
  • Prepare, review, and submit documents in line with standards.
  • Identify business opportunities and influence processing timelines.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of loan products and policies.
  • Communicate with third-party professionals and promote Infinity Group branding.
  • Maintain necessary accreditations and compliance standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Cert IV in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Mandatory).
  • Diploma in Financial Services, Mortgage Broking (Optional).
  • FBAA / MFAA Accreditation (Mandatory).
  • Clear Police & Credit Report (Mandatory).
  • 2-3 years industry experience (preferred although not essential).
  • Accreditations with lenders as required.

    • Please be aware that this position is a full-time on-site role and work from home arrangements are not an option. Successful candidates must be prepared to work exclusively from the office in Wollongong.
