Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking proactive Road Maintenance Workers to support various road maintenance and drainage activities across the Melton Shire. This long-term contract aims to foster a sustainable, vibrant, and safe environment for the community. Your role will involve managing roadside assets and ensuring infrastructure is well-maintained.

About You

• A can-do attitude and strong team player with the ability to work efficiently with others
• Current Car Licence (MR / HR Licence preferred)
• Current General Construction Induction card
• Traffic Control ticket (preferred)
• CPR & First Aid tickets (preferred)
• Experience in road maintenance, minor concrete works, drainage, and general labouring is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to promoting a Zero Harm culture
• Must be able to successfully undertake a WWC Check
