Our client is a reputable non-bank lender focusing on helping small businesses grow successfully. They are seeking and experienced Communications and Content manager.
Day to day activities
Creating, strategising, designing, and producing content for various channels
Overseeing marketing data and target lists, as well as managing processes for external communications
Identifying and capitalising on communication opportunities within events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives
Devising and implementing content strategies that cover the entire customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, education, retention, issue resolution, upselling, and more
Handling internal marketing communications to promote brand messages, adhere to brand guidelines, and ensure consistent representation of products and services.
Tertiary qualification in marketing, PR, communications or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Strong experience with various business writing styles, design and editing responsibilities
Strong Spreadsheet, Word and PowerPoint
Strong working knowledge of various digital and social content platforms
Solid engagement and relationship building skills
Proficiency in DTP / Adobe Creative Suite (desirable)
