Senior Software Developer – Tabcorp

Senior Software Developer role at Tabcorp. Step into the action and be part of a digital transformation journey. The position will be advertised between 19th December 2025 and 18th January 2026.

As a Senior Software Developer you will provide technical leadership across the Customer Platforms, ensuring solutions delivered are high‑quality, cost‑effective, and meet and exceed support and operational requirements. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of robust, scalable software solutions.
Drive technical leadership and mentor team members to build capability.
Create and maintain high‑quality code aligned with best practices.
Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

Requirements

Significant experience working with Intersystems IRIS / Ensemble and related technologies, including all aspects of product lifecycle, delivery, and support.

Demonstrated experience in agile ways of working and the ability to influence and drive adoption of a continuous improvement culture.

A results‑driven approach with proactive problem management.

Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.

Ability to foster cross‑team collaboration.

Solid understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulations.

Knowledge of gambling and entertainment industries.
