Followmont Transport is seeking a dedicated and passionate Local MC Driver to become a key part of the team in Mackay . We are looking for a reliable individual to handle the safe pick-up and delivery of a variety of freight, including manual handling of parcel freight, all while adhering to our established rules and regulations.

What You Will Be Doing :

Position : Full-time, Permanent 7 AM Start

Hours : Monday to Friday (guaranteed hours)

Start Date : Immediate start available

Location : Local deliveries within the Sydney region

Key Responsibilities :

Complete pickups and deliveries of general freight

Safely and efficiently manage deliveries on time and in full

Work in a steady paced environment while consistently maintaining a high standard of safety and accuracy

Adhere to established rules, regulations, and processes to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

This role would best suit someone who thrives in a stable, predictable work environment and takes pride in delivering results with precision and consistency.

Previous experience in a similar role

Must hold a current MC Driver's Licence

Forklift Licence & Experience is desirable but not mandatory

A professional mindset with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to meeting goals

Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening, and criminal history check
