About the OpportunityReporting to the Change Lead, the Change Manager will play a significant role on projects with moderate to high levels of change complexity across RACV.
This could be just the right role for youYou will be part of a team of Change specialists. As the Change Manager, you will support a range of people, process, and technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities include :
Partnering closely with Project, Technology and Business teams to manage stakeholder expectations, developing plans to generate by-in and deliver fit for purpose change activities; andDeveloping change analysis, impact assessments and detailed change plans; including communication, engagement, readiness and support communication artefacts and activitiesPartnering with Learning and Internal Communications to ensure teams are ready to adapt to change.We offer hybrid working as part of the role - a mix of working from home and in the office to enhance your work / life balance.
What you'll need to be successfulCertification in either Prosci® or People Centred Implementation (PCI)Demonstrated experience and capacity to influence significant change and user / product adoption and improvements in a regulated, service driven environmentTertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in change management.5+ years' work experience as a Change Practitioner or similar role supporting organisation-wide or end-to-end technology and / or business projects (Salesforce and systems integration would be highly desirable)A wide range of experience with technology platforms and environmentsExposure to process, role and organisational change implementations would be viewed favourablyThe RACV differenceYou'll make a difference.
