Accounts Payable Lead

Our client is a seeking a hardworking Senior Accounts Payable Officer to work alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team. The Role

Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day is different? In this dynamic role you will contribute to a varied and complex accounts payable process by setting up and reviewing all supplier accounts / invoices processed by the international team. You will be responsible for reconciliation, prepare weekly creditor payment run, maintenance of supplier details and records, handling internal and external AP enquires and assisting with relevant month end processes. Your extraordinary time management and attention to detail will take you far in this role.

Your Skills & Experience .

• 4+ years' experience processing Accounts Payable.
• Strong IT skills with accounting software exposure - SAP highly desirable.
• Experienced and confident in supplier or general ledger reconciliations.
• Excellent team-building, motivation and delegation skills.
• Remarkable attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written and listening).
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
• High level delivery of quality customer service.

About You

You are both a team-player and a self-starter comfortable managing your own delegated pay runs as well as collaborating with your team? This position will provide job satisfaction by taking on the responsibility of becoming the content expert and care-taking the Accounts Payable function. We are seeking a motivated candidate who is looking to take their Accounts Payable career to the next level whilst challenging their existing skill set.
