As a leader in the foodservices sector, our client is on an exciting transformation journey; reimagining how it engages customers, supports its people, and leverages technology to drive efficiency and growth. To help accelerate this work, we are partnering with them to recruit an experienced and proactive Change Manager.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to an engaging executive, you will join an expanding transformation team and play a central role in delivering key strategic initiatives. You will design and implement effective change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and build clear and practical roadmaps that ensure change is well-planned, well-communicated, and successfully adopted across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders and project teams, you will build strong, trusted relationships that support collaboration and alignment. You will act as a strategic advisor throughout the change journey, helping stakeholders understand objectives, navigate impacts, and remain engaged from planning through to implementation. Your ability to communicate with clarity and influence at all levels will be essential.
A major part of the role involves leading communication and training activities that support people through transition. This includes developing tailored communication plans, identifying capability needs, and coordinating training programs that equip teams with the confidence and skills to embrace new ways of working.
You will also play a key role in monitoring progress — measuring the effectiveness of change activities, identifying risks, addressing barriers, and ensuring issues are escalated appropriately. Continuous improvement will be important, as you capture lessons learned and embed best practice into future transformation initiatives.
ABOUT YOU
You will bring proven experience in delivering change within large-scale transformation programs, ideally across industrial, manufacturing, or similarly complex environments. You have a strong grounding in recognised change methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR, along with exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills. Experience in the foodservices sector is highly regarded.
Success in this role calls for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. You are adaptable, resilient, and confident navigating ambiguity and complexity. A collaborative approach, combined with the ability to positively influence others, will see you thrive in this team.
