Acute Community Intervention Service (ACIS) Mental Health Clinician
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Service operates within a rapidly growing corridor, fostering continuous development, service expansion, and innovative programs. The Outer Community Team, part of the MH&W adult mental health services, provides community mental health care to consumers in the City of Melton and parts of Brimbank. This role involves delivering recovery-oriented community mental health services while aligning with the specialist ACIS function. ACIS clinicians are also required to serve as key clinicians for a small, allocated number of consumers, supporting their recovery journey.
