Overview
The Enablement Analyst (Data) is responsible for supporting end-to-end client engagement with MUFG's enterprise data service platform, and shaping its evolution to meet client needs. The role ensures clients realise maximum value from onboarding through to ongoing adoption, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the platform. Acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams, the Analyst ensures that service delivery and platform development align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and industry best practice. Our data platform is engineered for AI and other high benefit use cases.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities Client Onboarding & Engagement
Support and coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new clients to the MUFG's enterprise data service platform.Develop scalable onboarding resources (guides, walkthroughs, FAQs).Facilitate training and familiarisation sessions to ensure clients derive maximum value from data services.Monitor adoption metrics and proactively resolve onboarding challenges.Client Experience & Relationship Management
Serve as a trusted point of contact for client queries on data services.Partner with internal teams to identify and address friction points in the client journey.Capture, analyse, and share client feedback to inform continuous improvement.Support the design and delivery of engagement programs that strengthen client relationships and showcase new MUFG's enterprise data service platform capabilities.Data-Driven Client Insights
Use MUFG's enterprise data service platform analytics to generate actionable insights into client usage, adoption, and engagement.Report to leadership on client experience KPIs including onboarding success, adoption, and satisfaction.Identify and escalate opportunities for expansion of data services based on usage patterns.Platform & Service Development
Partner with data engineering, governance, and support teams to align client experience with SLAs and service standards.Develop resources for knowledge bases, self-service portals, and onboarding solutions.Support compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks (., CPG235, CPS230) as they apply to data delivery and client engagement.Governance & Risk
Maintain compliance with governance standards, policies, and regulatory obligations.Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, definitions, and reporting pipelines.Adhere to governance best practices.Experience & Personal Attributes
5+ years’ experience in client service, onboarding, or customer success, ideally within data, SaaS, or financial services environments.Experience with BI tools like Power BI and familiar with ThoughtSpot and other data platforms like Snowflake, DBT Cloud, Fivetran.Strong understanding of data platforms, data governance, and data quality principles.Familiarity with APRA-aligned regulatory frameworks (CPG235, CPS230) advantageous.Analytical skills to interpret client usage data and identify trends.Strong client service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Collaborative approach with the ability to work across technical and business teams.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data / Information Management, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).Some of our Employment Benefits
